Counselling (Mental Health)

“Health is not just the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. This makes our mental health just as important to our overall sense of fitness.”

Counselling for mental health is one of the prime services offered at Enable Therapy Centre.

If you or someone you know is experiencing emotions that are interfering with day to day functioning, do consider taking a counsellor’s help. Counselling offers a safe place to talk through life challenges such breakups, grief, parenting difficulties, or family struggles and much more.

You can rest assured that the problems you are facing will be kept confidential as counselling is a professional relationship where you have a trained person to talk to, who will listen to your story without judgement and offer confidential support. So, you will have a place to talk freely about your feelings and presenting concerns.

Counselors at Enable, can help you learn to cope with symptoms, reduce distress and learn new skills. The ultimate goal is to enable you to make your own choices, reach your own decisions and act upon them.

A typical counselling session will last for about 50 mins to an hour. We offer counselling for all age groups – children, adolescents (teenagers), and adults.

You are welcome to the centre to avail this service. Contact Us

If you cannot make it to our physical space, our qualified mental health also offers counselling sessions by telephone or video calls. Contact Us
